Since the delivery of this product kept getting delayed, they refunded my $$$, and still gave me the TV box. How awesome is that!! My expected delivery kept being pushed back, until I lost my patience, a requested a refund. They said since the order was already processed, that they could not refund my $$. Well, within a week, I noticed that my bank account was refuned the full amount, and I still received the TV box. So far the box is working great!! No freezing, and the box is super fast. Hats off to Amazon for making this happen.

enjoy when audio hasn’t cut out on spdif, restart or power off and lose wired DHCP IP settings
This Android TV isn’t as good as it should be. Optical audio cuts out at least once a day, so restart or remove cable for a few seconds, but sounds good when it works. Wired network IP setting with DHCP is lost on restart or power off. Remote doesn’t have my favorite button to skip ten seconds or skip ads on amazon prime app. UI not polished and no directions. Can’t figure out simple things like how to re-active the smaller viewing window that happens when you accidentally press device options instead of switch to mouse, says press home three times and the enlarge or close buttons appear, but you can’t click. Completely dissatisfied with the android tv progress. My old yagala 9 was more reliable than this but had no optic audio. Zero stars.

this box is quite snappy and responsive. Apps launch quickly, and switching between them is generally smooth. However, I’ve noticed a slight stutter or lag pop up occasionally. It’s not constant, and it’s not a deal-breaker, but every now and then, especially when navigating quickly through menus or sometimes at the very beginning of a high-bitrate video, there’s just a tiny hesitation. It’s almost imperceptible for casual users, but if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing, you might notice it. It doesn’t typically affect actual video playback once it gets going, which is the most important part, but it’s there

WORKED ONE TIME
Worked one time. Tried to use it a couple days after the first use and it wouldn’t turn on. Same tv, never moved. Tried new batteries, tried to plug it into a different outlet. Just stopped working.

no help no manual and the remote sicked
dont look for help from custermor service i did not get manual for the tv box and had and i emaij the company and they told me they send them with every box that was a week ago no manual this pi,it isece junk especialy the remote worst i have alot of remotes ant they were cheap but easy too work i wll never buy another easytone again and either should you also when u turn it on to ir goes off the setting and tour the roku network or some other channel also every night you use it u have to plug in the power in and about 5 times while you hitting the reset and then it might work 50/50 shot i would of given it no zeros lf i could i will make my own star award lets see yeah this will MINUS 100 starsit a shame when i got it hooked it up 4 months later it turned into a big POSbuyer beware i would send it back if it was under 30 days but it not and the nice folks at easytone not even sending me 10cent paper manual if i were amazon i would ban them from the site for selling such a inferior product i bought ones half the and worked 100 times better i could not give it 0 stars,but I say it is ranked MINUS 5 STARS at this point it needs way more then a manual; hardly ever used it like i said inferior works when it wants to

It’s not for everyone.
I bought it mainly for its 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Browsing is fast. I mainly use it for apps like Kodi and haven’t had any problems, but I’m a bit of a techie, and even then, I’ve had some issues getting it to work the way I needed.I haven’t used it for apps like Disney Plus, HBO, Paramount, etc.Here are my pros and cons:PROS:- Android TV 14. I don’t know if it’s certified, but it’s not a standard, customized version of Android. This means you can navigate without problems using the remote and install apps from the store or third-party apps. It’s not as fully customized as Google TV, but it doesn’t have major problems with navigation and available apps.- The 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage are a plus. It’s not easy to find a TV box at this price with those specifications.- 1000M Ethernet port and 5G Wi-Fi. I tested it via cable and got the maximum speed I’m paying for (500 MB). However, I wasn’t as lucky with Wi-Fi and only got 100 MB.- 2 USB portsCONS:- As many have mentioned, there are problems with the remote control. I have an LG TV and I have this problem. I suppose the TV box remote, being IR instead of Bluetooth, interferes with my TV. I solved it by replacing the TV box remote with a Bluetooth remote from an ONN TV box I already owned. It cost me nothing, but that remote costs around $10.- I had a problem with the HDMI cable; at some point, white lines appeared. I replaced the cable with an better quality 8K cable I already had, and the problem was solved. It cost me nothing, but the cable costs around $8.- Occasionally the volume drops, something like from 15 to 10. It’s nothing serious and is typical of Android to protect your hearing, but completely useless on a TV box. I couldn’t find a way to prevent it, even with developer options enabled.I decided to keep it because of how I use it and the need for better memory and more storage. Also, the cable and remote changes I had to make were free for me since I already had them. However, I don’t think this is for everyone, especially if you’re impatient and don’t want to spend more money changing the remote and/or cable.
