A small and mighty light with a quality feel
This is a great choice if you need a bi-color rechargeable and portable light. I have it mounted on my Gorillapod with no issues. I use it to take product photos for sale on ebay and other marketplaces.Some Pluses:+ Feels well built with its single piece aluminum body and solid feeling controls.+ Nice size and feels like a slim rechargeable battery pack.+ I appreciated the camera screw threading on the long side and on the short side so that you can mount in either in portrait or landscape mode.+ The modes are a nice touch which allow you simulate things like bulb flickering, fireplace, tv, candle, and fireworks. Handy if you need a cheap effect for video, but useless for photography+ It remembers your last setting when you turn on the device+ Brightness is quickly controlled by the scroll wheel for quick adjustments; much better than having + and – buttons.+ Plenty bright for my needs+ The power on switch seems well designed as it is not prone to being turned on or off by accident.Some Minuses:- At 1% brightness, I feel that it’s too bright for this level. To the eye, 1% feels about 3 times dimmer than 100%, which means it feels closer to 33% than it is to 1%. If you were planning to use this for bed-time reading or as a night light, then this is probably too bright that purpose.- The modes are neat but the documentation does not mention them or how to activate them. There is a dedicated Mode button, but it’s not clear how to scroll through the different modes. Since this is a bi-color light, the fireworks mode is not very convincing, as it does not have RGB to be able to produce different fireworks colors.- The front diffuser is not removable as far as i can tell. No telling if this clear diffuser will yellow over time which could affect the color temperature.- Although it has a lovely smooth-feeling surface, i feel it could benefit from having some grip. Some light texturing or grooves would be nice in case you want to hold it in hand to use instead of mounting it.- I wish that it could be used to charge your phone or other USB device.Some things other notes:The manual warns against using the light while charging. I guess it’s due to heat which could affect the durability of the battery. However, the light does seem to last long enough for most purposes where you would need to charge it while using it.

The light is very bright, perfect for what I was looking for. Battery life is long and item size is compact, love it!

Excellent first impression, I still need to give it time to confirm but when I open it from the box it shines, it works, the two tones and the intermediate one, everything is fine.

Amazing value, extreme brightness!
This is one of the best lights I own. It’s about the size of an iPhone, has two charging ports- one USB C, and another micro USB. They include a few color filters which are definitely helpful. The color range is nice, from a warm yellow to a bright bluish white hue. It has a built in battery that seems to last quite a bit if you aren’t running it at 100%. You can adjust the brightness from 1% up to 100%. For most of my needs I run it at about 35% and it’s extremely bright. If you are doing any night outdoor shooting, this is sure to light up your subject. At 35% light output, I got about 2 and 1/2 hours out of the battery. I’ll be buying two more to have when I travel as these things are amazing!UPDATE: I dropped it and it broke the buitton that you use to turn it on. It was a pretty nasty fall, so I’ll take the blame… but after opening it up and seeing what’s inside, they definitely could have reinforced the button modules. They are extremely weak soldering points.

Brilliant, very powerful, I never have it on full power but 30 to 60% do the battery last at least 55 hours.It does get hot, but normal with all those littleGood value for the money , it’s reliable and great battery life.A+
