Bought this PC as my sons 1st gaming PC. He loves it!! Runs all his games and no longer complains of things lagging.I did have some self-induced Windows 11 issues and had to work with support several times. They did an awesome job and were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Clean Design
We purchased this PC for my son with some doubts, but quite frankly, the computer works great. The design is sleek and even though we wanted a white PC, we got a black one with a white graphics card. This gives the design a custom look and stands out beautifully. We had a small hiccup but the guys at BLACKOUT resolved the issue immediately. Communication was 5 star quality. The computer is quiet, wifi connection is quick and it’s compatible with his favorite games. Thank you guys for an excellent job on the build.

This Blackout PC was a gift for my 6 yo son. I had previously purchased the exact same PC at the beginning of the year, and it exceeded my expectations. My son uses Steam for gaming, and this was a perfect PC for it.First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. When I first considered which PC to get, I emailed customer service since I dealt with them before, and they were great and helped me in making a decision. I immediately ordered, and it arrived on time.Just as my first one, the packaging was amazing. The box was a bit banged up, but they pack triple back these computers. It comes in a box with foam wrap inside and out and then that is inside another box, which then is in the bigger delivery box. It has zero chance of getting damaged.Once opened, it came with a sheet showing what to plug and where. It has great instructions. It is pretty much plug and play. This second PC came with a remote to change the colors and fan speed, which my first did not, but it’s a cool addition that my son enjoys.Now, my first one is used to day trading and runs multiple stock programs daily. This one is running games off Steam. One game can easily lag an ordinary computer, but with this computer, they run so smoothly. We can toggle between games without it skipping a beat. If you are a gamer, you know this is very important. Any glitch can ruin gameplay and make it quite unpleasant. However, with this PC, gaming is effortless. It is used daily morning to evening and has yet to show any sign of wanting to lag.I highly recommend this PC. It is my second, and I have no regrets in purchasing. Sure you can easily spend the same amount on a complete system from somewhere else with a monitor and accessories, but their system won’t even come close to what this can do. Then, with the amazing customer support, you can’t beat being able to speak one on one with the actual maker of the product. No company can deliver that kind of service. I’d gladly purchase another when the time comes.

Their customer support is great. You will actually talk to a real person who understands the technical aspects of the computers and will be able to walk you through the problems you may have. They test the computers multiple times before sending them out to the consumers to ensure there should be minimal issues upon arrival. We have ordered multiple computers, 7 to be exact from Blackout Computers over the past 6 months. We have not been disappointed. If you are looking for a high performing computer at a reasonable price, this is definitely a computer that you should consider.
