Tips 1 for Quick Connection
1.Only support 2.4Ghz WiFi while connecting with APP.
2.Support Android5.0 or iOS 13.0 or above.
3.Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds ,confirm that the indicator is blinking before connecting.
Tips 2 for Quick Connection
1.Once connected,you can control the outlet anywhere, but keep the smart plug stay on 2.4Ghz WiFi .
2.If can’t be connected , re-press the on/off button for 5s to reset the smart plug and change the Easy mode to AP mode which is more compatible.
How Do I Connect My Dual-band Router to GHome Smart Plugs?
Plan A: Please turn off 5GHz networking before first connecting.
Plan B: Set 2 different SSIDs for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, then connect these plugs to the 2.4GHz WiFi network only.

You’ll download the Gosund app, create an account, and after granting necessary permissions, the plug auto-discovers itself. There’s also a manual setup option if needed. GREAT PRODUCT from GREAT COMPANY!!
This is just a GREAT product and a GREAT company. The smart mini plugs work well with Alexa.They have worked flawlessly except for one mini plug. I had I think a power surge and then ONE of the mini plugs quite working. I contacted Ghome customer support and they sent me a package of FOUR.That was unexpected and I think it says alot about the company.Overall, a GREAT COMPANY that sells a GREAT PRODUCT!!

Awesome product, super easy to set up, the software that you put on your phone is bare bones and very easy to use. You can use your phone like a remote, or use it to create a timer for your devices and lights. Cheap product done right!

Very happy with these. Easy to setup and install,works with our Google nest flawlessly. No complaints, I have my living room lamps and guest room setup to be on an automatic schedule and it is nice to be able to say “hey Google turn on/off living room lights”. Game changer.

Bought these to automatically turn on and off the lights in my reptile terrariums, whether I’m at home or off on a trip for a few days. They are super cool little appliances that were fairly easy to set up, and I’m surprised they are so affordable.Only giving 4 stars because the app is lacking in some areas. At first, I was putting in my wifi password incorrectly while pairing, and the app didn’t say that my password was incorrect but just that the pairing had “timed out” or “failed” and it suggested I move closer to my router. This led me to believe there was something wrong with my connection or the product rather than my password simply being incorrect. There are also quite a bit of typos in the app, and the home location feature doesn’t seems to do or mean anything because it changes to your current location every time you open it and never stays set. I also haven’t figured out how to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, I’m not sure that it’s an option (not that it matters because I think it’s displaying the temp of my current location and not my house).Overall, great product for things you need to turn off and on remotely or without being right beside the switch. App needs work but that can always be improved in software updates.
