Beginner-Friendly Drone
I’m not a drone expert at all, so I wanted something that didn’t feel like homework just to get it going – this one was pretty straightforward out of the box. The controls and menus made sense after a little messing around, and the remote with the screen is nice because you’re not juggling extra stuff. I also like that it folds up, so I can store it without it taking over a shelf. It’s been a good “learn the basics” drone for us. It has a lot of good features too especially the follow me as I use it a lot and works well. Only small con is the settings can be a lot at first, so I spent a few minutes clicking around to get comfortable, but after that it’s so easy to use. Definite recommend from me!

This is a review for the AxrumRC V168 MAX GPS drone with dual cameras and a 4.5 inch screen remote.This is clearly aimed at the entry level drone market, but it includes a lot of features that normally require buying extra accessories. The biggest convenience is the controller with a built in screen. Many drones in this price range require connecting your phone for video, so having a dedicated display makes setup simpler and avoids draining your phone battery while flying.The drone includes GPS return to home, follow me mode, altitude hold, and obstacle sensors. For beginners these features make flying much less stressful because the drone can return automatically if the signal drops or the battery gets low.Flight performance is good for a drone in this category. The brushless motors help keep it stable and reasonably quiet, and GPS positioning helps it hover without drifting as much as cheaper toy drones. The foldable design also makes it easy to transport.The camera is advertised as 4K, which is technically true, but image quality is closer to what you would expect from a budget drone rather than a high end camera drone. It is fine for casual aerial photos or video, but it will not compete with something like a DJI drone.It does come with a nice set of extras including two batteries, spare propellers, and a memory card, which means you can start flying right away without buying additional parts.Overall this is a solid starter drone with useful beginner features and a convenient built in screen controller. Lot’s of Features-Good Starter Drone with lots of extras
Very good starter drone, in a budget package that gives lots of extras you don’t normally find on beginner drones. Well built model in it’s class, with two batteries and an SD card, not to mention the remote with screen. Screen is decent quality.Flight time is decent, and with other features performing well, like follow me, this really is a good drone package. Plenty of extras for when you break things. Stable flights overall, seems to have good distance.
