Needed something simple. This is perfect, works well and stays updated. Battery life is really good, quality of product is nice. Definitely recommend.

Great refurbished laptop but the graphics card is weak.
This laptop has great memory and screen clarity. This does not work for gaming.

Horrible and unusable
It was rated in excellent refurbished condition. It randomly shuts on and off. It has a lag and is slow as anything. Like dial up internet is faster than this device.You cannot update the drivers, or system it fails everytime.It also does not detect other external monitors. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Amazing customer service!!!
I have to comment to the customer service of this company. I worried I was being had when I got a windows 11 touchscreen at such an amazing price. When it came in and had the “no bookable device” error and “no hard drive detected” I definitely thought I was being taken for a ride. Customer service was quick to provide an exchange and even sent the replacement computer out before I even printed out the return label to drop off the other one. The computer is very nice runs smooth and is everything we need in a laptop for a fraction of a new one. This is the way to go especially if you have kids or a lifestyle that is hard on computers. This is definitely Italy the company you should buy from as they came through in a clutch situation

A decent laptop with a ton of features. Works pretty much as expected, however it loses a star because the touchpad is GOD AWFUL! Otherwise , not a bad deal and worth the price!

Unfortunately you send me the laptop with a bad batterie , it can’t stay power on for 2 hours , before 2 hrs the battery is dead . I spent more than 300$ to have it

La información sobre el artículo en la app es totalmente equivocada y no corresponde en lo absoluto .El tamaño no es de 17.3 inches de pantalla sino es de 14,el disco duro no es de 2 TB sino 60 GB ( 23 ya usados con las aplicaciones instaladas) la memoria RAM no de 32 GB sino es solamente de 4 GB.Sorprende que se ofrezca un artículo con tanta información equivocada.
