Good little computer
The refurbished program from Amazon is wonderful. This is the third device I’ve purchased through it and I haven’t been disappointed once. The screen on this computer is clear, keyboard works wonderfully and the battery life is top notch. Perfect for school work, “light” gaming (my kiddo uses it for Roblox) but would not be great for anything more involved.

A piece of unusable junk
I got one in excellent condition they claimed. Great price. No wonder. Dirty, cracked screen. Can’t be used unless connected to the internet. Froze on connect site. I’m very disappointed. Amazon usually does a better job. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Functional and Budget friendly
This Chromebook is absolutely functional. I love the 11 inch size of the laptop. One problem I have is that the battery heats up when the device is on my lap. I solved this issue by placing the Chromebook on aTray table (desk) and because there are rubber feet on the bottom there is enough air flow to keep the battery cool. This is an issue with the make of the device, the only issue I’ve had with the renewed factor was they sent a charger that did not work with the laptop. the company was friendly and respectful and gave me enough of a refund to purchase a new charger. I started this review by stating this laptop is functional and not exceptional. the display is good not great, the speakers work well not great, and the “lap” top cant sit on your lap to long because of the battery heating up. But i gave it four stars because you can’t beat the price on a Chromebook good till 2029, and the durability of this specific model is supposed to be good because it is made for students who are known to be rough on laptops. Also I have had no issues with speed of web browsing or file downloads. I connected it to my Wifi and after a semi brief set of updates i was ready to go. after playing with it for a day or so i have determined that this little Chromebook will serve me well for the next few years until i can afford to purchase a better laptop.

Excellent tool for online classes
I bought it for school use and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s very lightweight, the battery lasts all day for classes, and ChromeOS runs beautifully. Highly recommended for its durability.

Overall this product is okay. It’s not top of the line but you shouldn’t be expecting that for the price that you pay. Reason I’m giving it the middle of the road Stars is because I feel it’s a little flimsy when you open up the laptop it feels like it’s going to break but so far so good.

Excelente Laptop para funciones básicas, me gustó un buen, diseño bonito y batería de buena duración, en relación a la paquetería office no deja instalar los sofware, sin embargo se puede ocupar la paquetería office 360 y funciona muy bien, todos los archivos son bajo la nube. Solo si sabes trabajar asi, te funciona muy bien, altamente recomendable
