POOR QUALITY AND TRASHY very slow
It’s okay but it could be better. Obviously they want you to use Microsoft edge and all that stuff and most people use Chrome. It made it very complicated to figure out how to download Chrome!! On top of that they force you to open up Microsoft email address Outlook. And it links up everything and then when I deleted stuff off this computer everything else was deleted off of every other computer because everything was linked!! Really upsettingUPDATE: having the computer for 2 months and rarely using it as we had plan to use it with one of the medical equipment in office, this computer is pure trash. It’s super slow and has the worth INTEL CHIP! DO NOT GET IT!

Nice unit and works will.Needed a numberKey pad for numbers inputs that is more efficient than numbers on the computer.But key pad i bought is not working yet. But not sure if computer problem or pad problem.Good price for what my wife wanted it for which was to shop from her kitchen.

This laptop took me about a month to get in the mail. It was ridiculous. Idk why I even got Prime. I’m glad I got it on sale because this thing is awful. I suspect it’s used because of a couple of scuffs. It is slow as day. Do not recommend. This felt a little bit scammy. Spend the extra money and buy something better.

Hard Drive FULL!!
This HP laptop is basically useless. The c:drive is configured to be very small, and Microsoft default applications and buffer space fill it completely.I have to frequently delete everything just to avoid that it has system crashes due to the hardware being full and not able to write to memory.
