Love it!
We are loving this door knob! We installed it for a barn door, it was quick & easy. We put in codes, fingerprints, and set up the fobs quickly. It was very user friendly. I love having multiple pass keys to open the door Becuase we have clients that will use it. They get their own key or passcode. Great product.

This lock is Great, easy to install and with many options.
I am so impressed with this lock. I have been looking for similar item with many options for a long time until I found this. This lock has so many options for locking and unlocking the door, it is impossible to use all of it. The reason I need this lock was to give other entry into the house in case of emergency as well as grant access when we are not home. This met all my needs and then some. I was definitely a buy when I saw the price. Very easy to install and easy to use. Great

It’s good! Note: A rebranded version of the more expensive Sifely Model S
This is a rebrand of the Sifely Model S which is usually a little bit more expensive.INSTALLATION: It was easy when replacing an existing door knob. Phillips screwdriver is all you’ll need. See my design note though.FEATURES: The fingerprint, key, access cards and passcode work perfectly. App is actually the Sifely app which is basic and easy to use.CONNECTIVITY: If you have trouble connecting to Bluetooth, be sure to go into your phone settings and activate Bluetooth the Sifely app in the application settings . Otherwise be prepared for frustration. You’re welcome :)DESIGN: Pro’s: Narrow width: only 2 3/4 inches wide, which was critical to my application. Most other products I searched for much wider which would not have obstructed the door frame. Con: I would have gave this five stars except that two of the mounting screws on the inside of the lock are short too short. They tell you in the instructions that they know about this issue and advise you to contact a customer service or go to your local hardware store to get the right side screws, which they will reimburse you for. You can however temporarily complete the installation without those two screws but it’s just kind of annoying.VALUE: Over all it’s a really great lock for the price. If my opinion changes, I will update. I expect this the last few years.

Keyless Entry Doorlock/handle – Sifely compatible
Easy to install. It is compatible with the Sifely hub and app allowing control via the internet if it needs to be unlocked to allow access to the house. The fingerprint reader is excellent and makes access simple when carrying packages. The Sifely app allows updates to the firmware even if it is not connected to a Sifely hub.

Bad Button Placement
Update — I bought a second one against my better judgement and it doesn’t work. The screws stripped out and it became a huge pain in the ass to uninstall.The problem isn’t with the lock itself since the functions (minus the fingerprint reader) works great. The problem is where the override lock button is located. Eventually I’ll buy a different lock and move this one somewhere else, but for now it works and is a good price.Override Lock FunctionThere is a tiny switch on the front of the knob on the house side that clicks on and off to allow you to override the other features so no one can enter the house even with a code or fingerprint assigned. However, it is in a terrible spot. If you hold onto the door and shut it as you’re leaving the chances of brushing against it and triggering it and locking yourself out are VERY high. Ask me how I know. :)Anyway, if you’re careful of that, you can avoid it. The second issue is my dogs have triggered the button twice now as well. It was solved with a dog gate but if you have this in an area where you can’t have a dog gate and your dogs can reach the lock, you can be easily locked out.Having a function where you had to press the button down and move it in the opposite direction it was currently set might fix the issue, but I think the answer is to totally move the button to the very bottom of the unit.Fingerprint ReaderSimply does not work. I have tried to register a few different fingers and done it a few different times but it never works after the initial first time setting it up.

Great lock
This lock is easy to use and simple to install. We had an issue with the lock jamming after it was installed and reached out to customer service for assistance. We were so shocked that the vendor provided us with technical support and then once realized the issue could not be fixed, they offered a free replacement and also reimbursement for having the lock removed. Despite the issue we had with the faulty lock, the overall use of the lock and Derum’s customer service, is quite phenomenal!

After only 2 months, the fingerprint stopped working and locking mechanism failed to unlock. We’ve been left outside several times as none of the 5 different ways to get inside (not even the physical key) worked to unlock the door. Useless and a waste of money.
