New computer, new Windows system
Mixture of the new Lenovo computer and Windows 11. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and set up was easy. (Even came with a European power cable—as well as one for American outlets!) Easy to create tabs, navigate web sites and store information. Much faster than Windows 10. Monitor is bright and easy on the eyes. Was able to save most previous information (pictures, music etc.) from my old HP computer with the use of an external hard drive. Two issues that are the result of Windows 11 and/or the Lenovo: 1-my data and programs generated from CDs/DVDs that Windows 10 accepted, have been corrupted and are mostly unreadable/useable. That is the nature of the turnover from Windows 10 to 11. 2-the placement of the USB ports (and others) is beneath the monitor screen make it difficult to connect and rotate them as needed. Poor design. Finally, a minor annoyance—too many cables. Reinstalled my wireless mouse that has served me well for years and will continue to do so. All in all, since change is inevitable—the Lenovo is a fine choice. Just wish Microsoft would stop with their suggestions (that’s why I have never used their word processing program) and please cease the ads.

Works good…. has flaws.
Computer delivered as promised and on time; no damage. Easy to set up and run. However….. later in the week while entering a Zoom meeting, I was told that no one could hear me. I could hear them. I check out all of the microphone setting and it turns out the only was I can get my voice out there was to add a external microphone. Internal one does NOT work…. Since this is the second computer of the same brand; from different sellers, I have decided to keep it. 🙁 Also note: No microsoft office programs… you have to buy or rent them….. 🙁 Also they want to put everything on the ‘Cloud’ automatically……

Reliable and Inexpensive
Even at a base price of about $600, this Lenovo 24″ screen AIO 520, with 8GB RAM, is a good buy. Plus, with Lenovo, With a Lenova AIO, things generally work as one hopes and expects, once you figure out how to get the wireless keyboard and mouse to communicate with the computer. Hint, both have a tiny USB dongle stored inside of them that must be found, removed, and then inserted into an empty USB port. The display is really nice for general work, and the unit’s speed based on RAM, CPU (AMD, in this case) and hard drive is adequate for general work. Sound quality is also very good for youTube listening. This is not my first Lenovo, and it won’t be my last, either.

Lenova does not have a good service. They cannot help me.
Lenova company is so bad. I have called them many times to for an issue and I just get hangup. Nothing is happening. My computer is not working right and I can’t get in touch with anybody when I get in touch. They put me on hold on hold and then they hang up. This is very bad service I need to return this item and I need my money back.

Lenovo computer
So far no real problems bit I think I might have been better off if I bought a computer with a tower because I could not download excel on it and needed an external hard drive
