A great laptop
I received this purchase and am very pleased with the laptop. It arrived in near new condition, without anysign of wear.Only wish that it came with written users’ manual. i was able to locate the desired manual in pdf. format.

Great affordable machine
I purchased 4 of these for my small company employees. We all really like them. Work well. Did have 1 that was not wiped and was locked out but my IT handled it. Good deal and good for students.

Warning, this cannot be updated to windows 11….so there will be no windows updates in couple of years…otherwise great laptop

Laptop stops working way too early/often
The laptop looks great. However, in the first year of use or so I had issues with the fan and then the battery.

Lenovo At a Great Price!
Came in like new condition. Keyboard is clean and responds well when typing. Excellent light with, bright screen power house. It works very well for what I need plus since we use Lenovo at work, I can use the docking station with this laptop. Only 2 very minor (I mean minor) cannot update the memory (16 is fast but I wanted faster) and will not qualify for Windows 11. Will buy again from this seller.

you should provide a decent cord
I have struggled with an inferior cord for a year now and I question my studpidty for doing so. Ordering a new cord and hope that helps, but you all should provide a more decent cord. Really
