Much better than a bag
This case is sufficient for one body and a couple lenses, if not too big. I used to transport the camera in a camera backpack but was constant worried about bangs and bumps. This case is sturdy with a great clasp system to effectively eliminate accidental openings. Great peace of mind.

I have been using the Lykus PVC1 hard case to store and transport my Minolta CLE film rangefinder and my Sony a7S Mk III, along with a couple of lenses and accessories, and overall I am very happy with it.The outer shell is properly rigid and feels tough enough to handle knocks during travel. The clamps bite down firmly and the small locking tabs give some reassurance that the case will not pop open accidentally.There is a seal running around the entire lip, and I can see that it makes full contact once the clips are closed. I have not submerged it and did not buy it purely for waterproofing, but it feels confidently weather resistant.Inside, the configurable foam dividers strike a good balance between softness and structure. I was able to dial in a layout that holds both cameras securely, plus batteries, chargers, film canisters, and smaller accessories. The mesh pockets on the dividers are genuinely useful for things like memory cards and an AirTag.My only real (but minor) gripe is that the base foam seems thinner and feels slightly different to the rest of the foam, and there is a small gap between the divider grid and the egg crate foam in the lid. I solved this easily by adding a couple of spare foam pieces underneath, which created firm contact when closed.Capacity wise, it easily handles two mirrorless bodies and accessories. Larger DSLR kits would likely be more limited.Compared with much more expensive hard cases, this feels about 95 percent of the way there for far less money.Pros:• Very rigid shell with secure locking clips• Good seal and solid weather resistance• Highly configurable padded dividers• Handy mesh pockets for small items• Strong value compared to premium brandsCons:• Bottom foam could be thicker• Slight gap between lid foam and dividers without adjustmentI’d recommend the Lykus PVC1 waterproof hard case to anyone looking for a tough. well designed option for safely storing and transporting camera gear.

Excellent pour un set photo micro 4/3, il y a encore de la place. J’hésitais avec des mousses découpables et je ne regrette pas mon choix.Il y a un “clac” sur les fermetures, et un bouton de déverrouillage, l’ensemble a l’air robuste.Bien à l’abri de la poussière et des chocs, même en rangemznt à domicile. Tout sous la main ou presque.
