Admit it…you always wanted a drone but getting the features and quality you wanted cost too much. Not any more! This drone is incredibly easy to use and takes great photos and video. As a first time flyer I had no problem controlling this drone: flight is very stable and predictable. As soon as you release the joysticks, the drone hovers motionless. It’s a little scary how high and far it can go, but one click of the return button and it comes back to land. Hint: use headless mode so you don’t have to think about which way the drone is pointing…push the joystick up to fly away, down to fly back. Fly-around and follow-me modes worked great for video selfies. The manual is clear and well written. Only complaint is that it doesn’t explain what the beeps mean. A couple times the controller started beeping, and I finally figured out that it meant the compass needed to be recalibrated by turning it per the instructions. Flight time is better than expected. Very happy with the quality and performance.

The Follow Me mode works surprisingly well for capturing footage while I’m hiking, and the waypoint planning lets me set up cinematic shots I never thought I’d be able to pull off.Picture and video quality impressed me. The 4K photos are crisp and the adjustable camera angle from the remote is super convenient—no more landing just to reposition the lens. I’ve already gotten some stunning sunset shots that looked semi-professional.Two batteries giving me nearly 48 minutes of total flight time means I can actually enjoy a full session without constantly watching the battery indicator. And at 249g, I love that I don’t have to deal with FAA registration headaches.The brushless motors are noticeably quieter than my friend’s cheaper drone, and it handled a breezy day at the beach better than I anticipated. Folds up compact enough to toss in my backpack.Only minor note: grab an SD card before your first flight since one isn’t included. Otherwise, this drone delivers incredible value. Highly recommend for beginners or anyone wanting quality aerial footage without breaking the bank!
