Great energy solution if you work from home!
This smart socket was very easy to setup in the Smart Life app and synced into Google Home with no problem. I needed 8 outlets with 4 needing a schedule. I work from home & wanted to lower energy consumption by turning off sockets for 2 monitors, a laptop/docking station & a jabra headset when im off duty for 15 hrs per day while keeping some items always on like my WiFi access point. Works really well with voice commands via google assistant. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in controlling energy usage especially if you work from home and use multiple devices for your job.

So nice for persons with disabilities.
This is the second time I bought one of these. I wanted it to add to another room. These are really easy to set up and such a blessing to use. I have disabilities and am often bed ridden. There are 4 smart plugs, 4 regular plugs and 4 USB plugs. I can have everything I use close at hand and for things I can’t reach, I just ask Alexa to do. My light, humidifier and some other things are too far away for me to reach, so I can just turn them on and off with my voice. So glad I discovered these and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent smart power strip overall.
Initially I had a problem with the smart plugs turning off randomly, but after contacting the seller they sent me a replacement unit under their warranty that works perfectly and does not have that issue. This is worth buying if you want to have some smart plugs in your life!

El POWSAV Smart Home es un producto bueno y funcional en términos generales. Cumple con su propósito y es fácil de usar, lo que lo hace práctico para quienes quieren iniciar en la automatización del hogar. Una vez configurado, responde bien y ofrece comodidad en el control de los dispositivos.Sin embargo, tiene un problema importante con la conectividad a internet. Solo pude conectarlo una vez y después no volvió a funcionar correctamente con la red. Además, no es compatible con redes Wi-Fi de 5 GHz, lo que limita bastante su uso hoy en día, ya que muchos hogares utilizan este tipo de conexión.Este detalle afecta directamente la experiencia, porque sin una conexión estable a internet el dispositivo pierde gran parte de sus funciones inteligentes.Conclusión:El POWSAV Smart Home puede ser una buena opción básica, pero la limitación en la conectividad Wi-Fi y los problemas para reconectarse a internet son puntos negativos que deberían mejorar. Es importante tener esto en cuenta antes de comprarlo.

Can schedule individually or as a set
Super easy to install and connects to its own app and our Alexa easily. I like that you can name each plug individually or the entire WiFi set as a unit. Each plug can be scheduled on/off and/or named to Alexa/Google, or the whole set can be scheduled/set together. This was a big plus over a Kasa strip I purchased where each plug was individual, and had to turn each individual plug on/off.The USB ports don’t connect to WiFi, as do some of the outlets, but that’s in the description. It worked so well that we got a second.

Home use
I only gave it a three for travel because moving it from one room to another I ended up having to change the name of everything and I don’t really know why you need a smart strip to travel. Otherwise, it’s perfect. The individual outlets can powered on and turned off by themselves so you can turn off the light without turning off the TV or when you’re leaving for the day, you can turn off the entire strip. I do like that there are some outlets that aren’t smart so I don’t accidentally turn off my computer instead of the TV. Only downside is turning off the main will turn them all off. Including the non-smart ones. Overall, I love it. I’d get another one for sure.

Another privacy violation.
Like many of this devices they asking permission to all your private information “only if you install the app” …..but the extension cord can be managed without installing the app.. (that’s a good part.. comparing with other Wi-fi extension cords) ….So the good part is that you can use it within to make an account… which means you don’t need to accept their terms and conditions by collecting your private information from your phone and devices and to sale to other companies. (this is what they saying in the Term & Conditions section) …But what is the most disappointing is that they don’t really specify all the permissions you give them…. you will se something like… *you agree to we have access to your emails.. banck transactions… photos.. social media activity “etc etc” * …..What means that “etc etc”? Means that basically we give them access to whatever they consider in that “etc etc” 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Jeeez 🤦🏻♂️🙄 And like many others products like this one… they can’t be controlled if are not connected to Internet… which supposed to work by Bluetooth or direct Wi-fi connection to the extension cord 🙄🙄🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ …but doesn’t… So.. if you connect the router to this one and turn the router off when you not home.. the app doesn’t work anymore to turn it of….. You need to turn On the extension cord manually.. then the router will start.. and wait till the extension cord gets connected to the router… then you can control it by the app.. Many hackers gets in to the routers during the day time so we better turn off the router…. so is not possible with this extension cord to turn off even the router that’s connected to the extension cord 🙄🤦🏻♂️Don’t make na account on their app… use the app as a quest. Is a option there.Anyway.. so far is the only smart power cord that can be controlled without an account and without to agree with they’r terms and conditions protocols that violate any privacy 🙄🤦🏻♂️

Hasta ahora sin problema y la idea de que un lado sea inteligente y el otro sea contacto normal es perfecto para cosas que siempre tienen que está r conectadas como el teléfono fijo o la Alexa así que muy bien eso . Me hubiera gustado que los usb también fueran inteligentes
