Pretty Good, Mid-Tier sound
I’ve paired it with a Samsung 75″ Q7F TV, and I am very pleased with this combination.* It was EASY to set up and pair with the TV. I literally connected it to the TV, plugged it into the power, and it connected to tv automatically* The Q-Symphony is wonderful and it gives added depth to whatever we are hearing.* As I age, hearing voices and dialog is becoming increasingly difficult. But the adaptive sound makes dialog very easy to understand.* Sound is quite good, although an audiophile would probably find it somewhat lacking. But as a causal TV viewer, and a casual music listener, it is more than adequate for me.* I would say the sound is roughly equivalent to my Edifer under $200 bookshelf speakers, but it uses the Samsung TV speakers to add an additional presence in the sound. Bass is good, and while what I hear isn’t top shelf, what I hear is quite good for the money. The midtones and the higher tones are crisp and clear. The sound is NOT audiophile quality, but it is still very good.* I can control the Sound bar from the TV remote almost completely. Very useful. The only negative I’ve encountered is I am having trouble connecting my WIIM bluetooth streamer to the combination. WIIM only offers a wired connection to to the receiving device like a stereo or TV, and neither the TV nor the soundbar offer a 3.5 mm aux in socket. I will continue to look for a solution, I refuse to believe it can’t be done. For users of non-Samsung TVs, it will give you a good mid-tier soundbar experience. But the S60D really steps up the game when it connects to a Q series Samsung TV. All the ‘special’ stuff this soundbar offers can only be used with a Q series TV set. I would likely have to spend more money on a soundbar for a non Samsung TV to get the same level of performance I am receiving with a Q Series pair up. It offers excellent value for the Q series TV owner.I am happy with my purchase and I can recommend it to others.

Clear, Full Range and loud.
My selection of this soundbar is for a very specific situation, but one in which other will share. The soundbar was purchased primarily for my mother’s use, late in life, who was having trouble hearing the TV (A Samsung 2025 32inch). The sound was OK, but she was running the volume in the 80s to hear it adequately. She doesn’t care about surround sound just volume and clarity. It also had to have a maximum width of 26 inches to fit on the TV stand with the TV. This bar fit the bill. The sound is clear, full range and loud. She now has the volume set around 15. QSymphony is enabled which widens the overall sound field, top to bottom. The TV speakers seem to emphasize dialog. The bass is just fine, I had to turn it down a bit for her. I found it was much easier to setup using the SmartThings app on my phone than use the remote. Highly recommended for those with Samsung TVs that support QSymphony and need a compact soundbar. Also worth noting that price was a consideration. For this use case it didn’t warrant spending thousands. She enjoys her TV shows much more now.

Great soundbar
Very easy set up. I had zero issues connecting to my Samsung tv. Best value for your money. Sounds great. Very easy to use.

Perfect for a small room where volume/bass isn’t the priority
The S60D works fine on non-Samsung TV’s, eARC didn’t have any trouble with an LG C3 and the sync is fine. My intended use for this is a small bedroom TV, where I wanted better dialog clarity, not more volume. The “adaptive” sound setting seems quite good so I just leave it on that. All audio enhancements I leave off, but the “night mode” setting is effective at knocking down the bass that would generate some noise through an interior wall. Considering the low price, dedicated center channel, and overall audio quality, I’m happy with it.There’s not a lot of bass or left/right separation, just due to the small physical dimensions of the product, but for me these are essentially pros, not cons. The one complaint I do have is there’s no numerical indicator for the settings, so you can adjust volume, treble/bass, channel levels, and there’s a little strip of led lights in the grill that do left/right patterns to show the direction, but you have no idea what you’re adjusting them to, just up or down. Maybe the app provides this functionality, but I’m just using the remote.

Decent sound and easy to set up to a Samsung tv

Really good addition to our system. While the TV sound was okay, we now realise how thin it was previously. The soundbar has added a great deal more audio colour. Movies, etc. are great, and even Amol Rajan’s mumbling on University Challenge is easier to follow.Convenient that the sound volume, etc., can be controlled with one remote, as it’s connected via HDMI eARC (comes with the D model, not the B).One thing to note: the soundbar does not sit easily between or behind the TV’s feet (as it’s slightly too wide – at least for the 43″ TV), and we did not have space on our corner unit in front of the decorative cover plate. The bracketry I purchased (from ELIVED via Amazon) mounts the soundbar on top of the TV using the VESA fixing holes.A little bit of perseverance was needed to get all the technical settings sorted out, as we also have a FreeSat box, also via HDMI.

Definitely enhances Samsung TV using Q-Symphony

Decent soundbar, but there is an important detail that Samsung don’t highlight: the wi-fi only is only promised to work over a 2.4GHz network. If your network is 5GHz, which most modern ones are, you may need to supplement it with a 2.4GHz router such as this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001FWYGJS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
