Great, easy to use.
These plugs are great. They’ve reliably worked without fail, and can connect to Home Assistant using the Switchbot Bluetooth integration. They even expose an instantaneous power draw entity when connected that way that updates nearly every second.

Compatible with Tasmota/ESPHome
This set contains the W1901400 that could be flashed with Tasmota using SwitchbOTA. I’ve already ordered several 4-packs, and I would continue buying/recommending this as long as it is not too difficult to install Tasmota/ESPHome. The process is fairly straightforward, but some technical knowledge is required. The SwitchBot app and a SwitchBot account are required only for the initial setup. The set I ordered on 3/29/2026 came with firmware 1.8 that wanted to be updated to 2.7, which made it very easy to reflash.

Easy Setup, Works as Expected
These connected right away to the app. They work exactly as expected to turn on/off the plugged in object. They only take up the room of one plug so you can have something plugged into the other plug in the outlet. I like that I could set schedules for things to turn on and off. This was great for the Christmas tree! I also like being able to turn things on/off from a different room in the house. Recommend.

Good plug for the value
These work as advertise and associated app is good, but the units start to die after a couple years of use. Bought another set because i did not want to download another vendor’s app and so far these plugs are doing ok.

Good Product. Works well with hub
Worked nearly flawlessly.For years i have purchased the Lutron brand to control lights with dimming via home automation. They are great albeit expensive. But, for simple on/off, I purchased a set of 4 of these from SwitchBot. I already had the SwitchBot mini-hub because I also have a number of their thermometers and switch button pushers (both also very good).I used these to control my indoor holiday lights via a schedule. I did have one occasion where one module failed to turn on the lights (one night only — perfect the rest of the time).I have also been very happy with the SwitchBot hub being compatible with my Smartthings hub/home automation.

Great for power consumption monitoring
The switchboard plugs are perfect for monitoring, long-term power usage of my home lab and Christmas lights. The power on and off schedules are a nice plus.

I ordered these in error as I wanted the Apple Home compatible plugs. HOWEVER, I have a Switchbot Hub 3 therefore I can use these with Siri by using the shortcuts app. Easy peasy and very inexpensive. Love them.
