Good value, runs well
I bought this PC for my daughter. She uses it for schoolwork and also plays a number of different games (non-grapics intensive.) I generally build rather than buy assembled systems, but with prices what they are at the moment, I could not build a PC with this level of components without paying $200 to $300 more. So, it was pretty much a no-brainer to go the buy route rather than the build route. So far it has worked flawlessly and provides more than enough horsepower for my daughter’s needs. My wife and daughter also like the appearance of the multi-colored fans on this PC.The only complaint I have is that the system comes with only 1TB of storage and 2TB was not an option, but I was happy to see it was M.2 NVME. I separately purchased 2TB of NVME storage so that I could increase the storage if 1TB starts to run low.

Powerful and Smooth Gaming PC Out of the Box
I’ve been very happy with this Thermaltake gaming desktop so far. Setup was quick and straightforward, and Windows 11 came ready to go. The Intel i5 processor paired with the RTX graphics card delivers smooth performance for modern games and multitasking without noticeable lag.The RGB memory and clean case design look great on my desk, and airflow has been solid during longer gaming sessions. The 1TB NVMe SSD provides fast boot times and plenty of space for games and files. That some peaces in there are pretty expensive as well, god deal!
I bought this product for my husband I’m not to familiar with computer stuff but I got this for him since he been wanting one for so long and I decided to buy this for Christmas he was so happy and excited and I asked him if it was okay and he said definitely good product runs great while playing games, it doesn’t heat up for him. He loved the color white he loved he had a different color, it’s very sturdy the power was high out of the roof he loves it since now he is upgraded, and I really recommend if you don’t know what to get your husband for Christmas or birthday and he’s a gamer this is a good value.

Good entry to mid prebuilt gaming machine
I was looking for a replacement to the machine I had, and this was an acceptable replacement. It’s not top of the line, but it met my needs and doesn’t double as a space heater.

Bad computer
After a month with this computer it started acting up, the power would go out with out warning and it takes about five minutes to turn on. I am total disappointed, ant to top it off I send them an e-mailing asking for their help but they she acted confused and never helpped me, after about ten e-mails I give up with their lies.

Works well they didn’t install the motherboard right. and graphics are amazing memory is pretty good could be better ram and ssd. Very sturdy and not weak the pc came in at the right time and the only complaint is they didn’t install the motherboard right I can access all of the usb ports but other than that very good quality and works better than I thought it would
