Very pleasantly surprised!
It’s a little pricey so I took a chance like most people & I was very pleasantly surprised how much I liked it that I’m thinking of getting a 2nd one. Definitely take advantage of he mic “Google voice assistant” on the remote. Believe it or not, it’s one of the best feature on a android tv box. You can be watching something else & ask about the weather or ask what’s your favorite team’s score it pops up fast automatically on the screen in detail. Instead of looking it up on your phone. Good picture, decent display, easy customizing & adding apps with the 28gb is a breeze. Even though it’s not top of the line android box. It does a good job streaming unknown apps.. If you don’t like something you can change certain things & certain settings around . Ok.. What I don’t like is the short wire adapter plug. That’s ok, I got a extention cord etc… No batteries for the remote, buy some ahead of time .. I definitely don’t like the remote like for the most reasons people here complained about. That’s ok.. I got a cheap white onn remote that I paired up to the box (hold home & back arrow at the same time. ). Changing the remote was the best thing for me. It’s now more enjoyable way navigating around while talking Advantage of a android box steaming function. I definitely recommend it

I am Enjoying this product, while it may not be the top of the choices. It co.es with many of the top features. Works great and is a great alternative to firestick. Storage capacity, value for mo ey, would like a more features on remote control buttons.

Solid performer with official googletv
Nice and responsive. Not the fastest box out there but it is more then worth it for the price. I like that it is an officially certified googletv box. There are a lot of cheap boxes out there that use a sketchy version of android that might steal your information or have malware installed. The remote is as functional as it could get.

Not really better than a Firestick, unfortunately
I had this for a couple hours and immediately knew it wasn’t good.Cons:- Spongey multidirectional button; even though it’s soft, you still have to push hard to get it to do anything.- The UI is trash.- The remote is below average with features.- The search feature for apps will find the app, but won’t download it.- Every time I go to apps, the Xiaomi tv app tries to force me to use it.I was hoping to use this to replace my Firestick(s), but it’s not worth the money. I ended up spending more than twice the money on an Nvidia Shield TV; it’s pretty good, although I have had some issues with the sideloaded apps.

Excellent box. High quality videos. No buffering. Remote is a little difficult to use in the dark. Voice input button is a great bonus. No hdmi socket. Have to use wi fi. I have been using the cheaper boxes in the past. This one is well worth the extra cost, the difference is really noticable. Only disappointment is the lack of UK mains plug.

This is one of the best Android boxes I ever bought! I have an older tv and the picture is so much clearer. Mind you there are some apps that don’t work because of the region. But that is the least thing about the box. Everything on it. It awesome! Definitely worth the price.

Je viens d’acheter 2 Xiaomi TV Box S 3e génération et franchement, je suis très satisfait ! Pour environ 55 € (en promo), c’est une vraie petite bombe : rapide, fluide, interface Google TV propre et moderne, et surtout très bien optimisée pour le streaming 4K (Dolby Vision et HDR10+ en prime).J’ai eu un petit souci au premier démarrage (Play Store un peu limité, mode démo activé), mais un reset usine a tout réglé en 5 minutes — rien de grave, c’est courant sur les nouvelles box Google TV et après ça, tout s’est débloqué parfaitement (apps gratuites, sideload facile, etc.).J’utilise pour IPTV sans aucun lag, même en 4K, et avec mon adaptateur Ethernet UGREEN, c’est ultra-stable. Le boîtier chauffe très peu et le design est discret. La télécommande est agréable et la compatibilité HDMI-CEC fonctionne nickel (volume et allumage/arrêt TV).Bref, pour remplacer un Firestick ou booster une vieille TV, c’est un excellent choix. Qualité Xiaomi au rendez-vous, je recommande à 100 %
