Easy setup but very sensitive to cars that drive by or rain/fog.
Still trying to figure out settings. Sometimes get alerts and sometimes don’t. Getting alerts when cars drive by, which is kind of annoying, but no alert or capture when mail truck was sitting straight out from video doorbell. Alerts ‘person loitering’ when it’s just foggy or raining, even though it’s under a covered porch with no rain hitting it. Setup was easy.

Not only the doorbell cannot be heard pass the door, I purchased the monitoring services in which I’m not receiving and when I contacted them the only communication is with a robot.

Beware… Cloud Storage Only
I purchased on March 2,2026 and I opted to go with an sd card vs paying for the cloud subscription. Don’t waste your money because they will disable your sd card to basically make you pay for their storage. Today is the 26th of March and they have made it impossible to get my video footage from the sd card. No worries.. I’m throwing this one out. Please save your money on this one if you intend on using an sd card. That should be the customer’s choice whether they can afford to pay for cloud storage or use an sd card. Why false advertise about it if you are going to completely disable the sd card? Just sell it as cloud storage only. I do not recommend at all.

Easy Setup & No Monthly Fee
Really happy with this doorbell. Super easy to set up and no wiring needed. Just charge it and it works great. The video is clear, motion alerts are fast, and the two-way audio is very useful. I like that the chime just plugs in and rings right away. Best part—no monthly fee!
