Honestly one of the best LED purchases I’ve made on Amazon. The lights are so bright for a USB style connection and the brackets they give you are quality. Happy I got these despite the “frequently returned” status they have on Amazon. Worth it!

Perfect lighting and spectacular atmosphere!These LED lights are simply amazing. They have a perfect intensity, vibrant colors and multiple modes that allow you to create the ideal atmosphere for any occasion. The installation was super easy and the control works wonderfully. In addition, they consume very little energy and the quality of the material is noticeable from the first moment. My space now looks modern, cozy and much more alive. Without a doubt, a purchase that is totally worth it!

Too hot! The outside of the cord got to 131.9 degrees Fahrenheit.
I didn’t make any modifications (i.e. cuts, solders, etc.) as it came with the jack connector already attached. I just plugged it in to a universal iGO power adapter. The light strip was nice and bright, but after only being plugged in for less than a minute, the area where the connector was plugged in was hot to the touch. I thought perhaps it was the iGO, but I received an “LED Driver 60W 12V DC Low Voltage Output, Waterproof IP67 LED Power Supply,LED Transformer” shortly thereafter and plugged it in for about 5 minutes. I used a digital meat thermometer and the outside of the cord was 131.9 degrees Fahrenheit. (From a quick Internet search, that is too hot.) I tried to request help online, but it wasn’t available for this product. Bummer as I had purchased adapters, connectors, power supply, and the backing to make a sign. Is this just a bum one and they normally don’t get so hot? I did manage to talk to someone on Amazon chat and they said it wouldn’t be safe at those temperatures. I tried their suggestion of plugging it in to a different outlet and it still got over 121 deg. F. I am returning it and will try a different brand. I had wanted so badly for it to work, as I had planned on ordering a couple more colors.

Would buy again but has quirks.
Pros:These LEDs are decently bright and have good diffusion within the strip. They are very flexible and make most corners without cutting.Cons:While they are bright, they’re obviously not bright enough to light an entire room as the photos suggest. I bought 2 of these strips in cool white and while they both are white, they are not the same white. The second strip is slightly more yellow. A few words of caution if you’re cutting these… The strips I purchased had different polarity. If you wire them and they don’t light between strips flip your leads. Also, I would HIGHLY recommend cutting past the cut line and utilizing the entire copper pad. These are incredibly delicate and tear out easily if cut in half.As mentioned in the description 12V, no adhesive on the back (use gorilla glue), and buy an adapter separate if needed. Good luck!

Easy to set up
It comes with screws to nail it into the wall. I’m not big on making holes, so I cut up command strips and stuck them onto the clips and it works just as well. I think it’s super cute and lights up the room well. Gives my room the extra vibey mood I was going for

Pros:-VERY BRIGHT-Cute-Easy to manipulate how you wantCons:-Does not come with a plug in cord-Pay attention to the type of 3rd party cord you buy, I thought I bought the correct one and the lights only flashed and it was blinding-The screws are too small and just pop right out of the wall-The bracket things are too thin to fit a drill or screwdriver to be able to screw into the wall
