Good performance – Limited Steaming Compatibility
I wanted to love this little Android TV box. Out of the package there are minimal apps installed, no bloatware or ads flying across the screen.The included remote and menu is responsive. and the Google Play Store is ready to go as soon as you sign in.It connected to my 5ghz wifi without a problem and maintained connectivity. I was able to turn on dev mode and remote ADB to install apps that aren’t available in the play store.Youtube streaming worked great, Moonlight and Steam Link were both responsive and lag free for playing games.Now the downside, this is not a Google certified device. This means its missing Widevine L1 DRM support and limited to l3.This means some apps like Netflix will not work and won’t even show in the play store for download. I was able to side load the Android TV netflix ninja apk, but it fails as widevine L1 isn’t available. I assume the same will be the case for Disney.Pushing the com.netflix.mediaclient mobile specific version did work as mobile devices can be all over the place and not everyone has a big brand phone. The restriction here is a bad UI and only 480p/SD playback which isn’t going to be pretty on your HD/4K tv.For Prime Video I was able to get intermittent playback, though the app randomly complained about needing a different HDMI cable (for drm communication) and audio wouldn’t work on most shows as it couldn’t handle the 5.1/dolby audio channels.Overall this is a great media box if you want it for gaming, personal media streaming through plex/jellyfin/similar, or general Android TV purposes.It is not the ideal box if you are wanting to utilize the common legit streaming services. I wish this was clear in the description page so people aren’t confused, and left with a device they will ultimately return or throw into a box never to be used again.

The UI is hot garbage and completely locked down. 90% of the screen is taken up by ads. Only apps from the approved first party apps can be added to the home screen and the most of the apps that are loaded are broken. The device is not officially supported by the google app store for Netflix or Patreon. They can be sideloaded, but can not be added to the home screen. The launcher is locked down so it can’t be replaced, so you’re stuck with this garbage. If you could just be aloud to replace the stock “dragon launcher” with something simple like Flauncher it would be great. You can install other launchers, but the stock overrides them. If anyone knows a simple method for flashing this things rom, PLEASE post it in a reply. If I wanted ads on a product I paid for, I would have just bought a fire stick.

Doesn’t support several movie apps, very disappointing.I didn’t like the format, so I gave it 3 stars.

Remote control
The Box is good but the remote makes it hard to operate. You push a button for return or home it will turn your TV off. Then you have to start all over again. I tried on 2 different TV’s and the same thing. Tried to use a ir remote with the USB plug and it did the same thing. If it had a proper remote I believe the Box would be good.

Bellissimo Android box veramente ben fatto, partendo dal design accattivante e stupendo per i led che cambiano colore, alle funzioni rapide. Molto veloce e già con app oramai fondamentali come Amazon prime incluse e già installate e da poter arrivarci cliccando i tasti rapidi dedicati. Super contento di poter usare di nuovo la mia tv Smart che aveva problemi di Wi-Fi e non funzionavano più le app
