Quality product, great price!
My computer arrived in a short time. The entire system was packaged very well. It took me a couple of days to get to setting it up, but found it was an easy set up process. I have only used it for only one week now, but I am very impressed with the graphics and the system runs great. I ordered windows 10 and I got windows 10! This is the first review I have given on any product, but I feel I had to do it. This has restored my confidence in online ordering. I definitely give this item all 5 stars. I will probably replace two other computers I currently have by ordering two more of same.

Great Buy
This is a great deal and came exactly as advertised. It came with the large monitor, PC (with CD/DVD ROM), wifi adapter, keyboard, mouse, external speakers, and a webcam that can be attached. I actually did not expect the webcam, so that was a nice surprise. The PC, keyboard, mouse, and speakers all have RGB lights that can be adjusted (comes with a remote). I only use this as a personal/light work computer and light PC gaming (ha) – I’ve only had it for about a week, but everything seems to be working great and came in excellent condition. It also came with all the instructions included for each part. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Doesn’t work
It worked for a couple of days then stopped. We contacted customer service which at the time seemed fast and great except the new tower never shipped. After some trial and error we got it working again but then it immediately started glitching again. This was an expensive birthday gift that was able to be used twice since the end of December. Hoping to receive a functioning tower at some point.

No speakers as advertised and a flickering screen
Came without the speakers and customer service has yet to respond. Also, the screen kept flickering and and automatically kept switching the resolution setting to humongous. Come to find out, thanks to ChatGPT, they gave me a bad vga cord and crappy adapter. I had to go out and buy a display port to display port cable and that fixed the issue. Still sucks to have a computer for my son that has no speakers. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll return and write another review.
