There is no literature and no charger (pic1).DIMENSIONS & SIZE: This battery is identical in every physical dimension to OEM battery. Even the weight (468g) is comparable. This battery slides into my drone battery slot with a positive click connection.PERFORMANCE: This POWERION brand battery is identical in capacity to my OEM battery. It even has the charge indicator (last pic). This battery took about 3 hours to fully charge from empty.SUMMARY: with a price of almost half of the OEM battery’s price, this is an excellent value. This phantom battery is identical to the OEM in dimensions and performance. I I recommend this brand.

I am reviewing this item for free as an Amazon Vine Reviewer.I still own a Phantom 4 and was looking for an extra battery. So far, this one has been decent. The fit and finish closely match my OEM pack and it slides into the drone and chargers with the OEM charger just fine. It latches securely with no movement or rattling. The written specs match the OEM battery specs and as others have mentioned, there is a slight color difference than the OEM.The real concern is who really knows what long-term capacity/cycles will be, but so far it’s been solid. Cell quality and BMS is unknown and there’s no functional way to safely tell and compare it to the OEM. At the moment, there are no signs of any swelling between the layers and the fact that the battery shipped at roughly half charge indicates some proper care was taken to build and charge this battery; but cell quality is pending a lot more use before I can come back and edit this post.For the moment I don’t feel comfortable giving this a five star review because I’ve only put three charge/use cycles on it, but so far the performance has been similar to the OEM battery; time will tell if this is worth it or not.Remember to always store these batteries at half charge to maximize their cycles.

A reliable Phantom 4 replacement that fits, charges, and flies like it should
I still fly my Phantom 4 and keep a full kit ready, so I am always hunting for usable batteries. This one has been a pleasant surprise. The shell, latch, and rails match my OEM packs closely, and it slides into the drone and charger with the right feel. You can see the side-by-side comparisons in my photos. The fit is very close to the OEM, with maybe some slight differences to the rear, which are hardly noticeable.The specs on the label read 15.2 V nominal, 17.4 V max charge, and 5870 mAh for an 89.2 Wh pack. That is the same class as my original OEM DJI batteries. The front button and four LED battery level gauge indicators operate just like OEM as well. A single press shows charge level and a press-and-hold powers the pack. The LEDs are bright and easy to read, which my photos also show.The charging has matched my OEM packs on the standard DJI wall charger as well as a DJI multi-battery charger. I received it with a partial state of charge and it topped off in about the same time as my “best” OEM battery. No charger faults, no excessive heat issues, and the pack finished cool to the touch. The release tabs and latch mechanism feel pretty secure, so no worries about fit there. There is no slop in the mount and no rattle once it is locked into the aircraft. I check this with OEM batteries pretty closely as I had a bad experience in the past which could have proven catastrophic.The battery works well when in use. After just a few winter flights the on-screen battery percentage dropped in a smooth, predictable way and return-to-home prompts triggered where I would expect them to. Just hovering and gentle forward flight proved to be the same time as my healthiest OEM battery. I do think a brand-new OEM cell might still hold a minute or two advantage, but the difference is small enough that it does not bother me. There were no power dips, no sudden warnings, and no surprise landings. The pack stayed physically cool in 35–40 °F temperatures.The overall build quality looks good for a third-party battery pack. The plastic seams are even, the label is straight, and the latch springs feel pretty firm. My comparison photos show how close the molding is to the DJI shell. The only nit so far is that the texture and color are a hair different from my originals, which matters only if you like every accessory to match perfectly (which I don’t – I am function over form here). The electronics appear to be a true “smart” design like the OEM. The battery wakes up, reports it’s level, and shuts down correctly. It also took a storage charge fine when I ran it down and put it away.Pros:• Correct fit for my Phantom 4 and OEM chargers; latches securely• Labelled 15.2 V, 17.4 V max charge, 5870 mAh, 89.2 Wh matches OEM-class batteries• Charge time and discharge behavior similar to my healthy OEM packs• Stable power delivery with smooth percentage readout in flight• Solid packaging and clean molding; buttons and LEDs work as expected• Good value for keeping an older Phantom 4 in serviceCons:• Likely less runtime than a brand-new OEM pack• Color and surface texture do not perfectly match DJI shells• Long-term cell balance and cycle life are unknown until more flights are loggedFor those of us still flying the Phantom 4, having a replacement that fits, powers the aircraft correctly, and behaves like the original is what matters the most. Based on my early flights and the comparisons shown in my photos, this one checks the important boxes and earns a spot in my case. I may be getting more once I log some more hours on this one.

Great price for a great battery. Cheaper than OEM and gets you the same great performance (so far)
Awesome value for one of these big ole batteries. Performs basically the same as OEM: good charge cycles, great flight time, and zero problems so far. It fits my DJI drone perfectly and locks in with a solid snap—feels just as secure as the stock one. Charging is fast, maybe slightly slower by a few minutes (around 5), but it’s not a dealbreaker at all. The casing and overall construction feel high quality. For the price, this is a no-brainer.
