Excellent high-end DisplayPort 2.1 cable – finally something that actually delivers
I bought this Silkland 80Gbps DP 2.1 cable to run an 8K monitor at high refresh rates and it performs exactly as advertised. I’m getting a clean, stable 8K@240Hz signal with my RTX 4090 and it handles 4K@540Hz without any issues.The cable is well-made, flexible enough for easy routing, and the gold-plated connectors feel premium. No signal dropouts, no flickering, no compression artifacts — just rock-solid performance. The 6.6ft (2m) length is perfect for my setup.VESA certification is clearly shown and it actually lives up to the spec, which is rare for DP 2.1 cables in this price range. If you need a true high-bandwidth DisplayPort 2.1 cable that can handle the latest monitors and GPUs at maximum settings, this one is worth every penny.Highly recommended.

A decent display port cable.
Works great, does well for my 4k 240hz monitor. The cable is thick and durable. The picture quality is lossless. Though due to the thickness of the wire and braiding it isn’t to flexible.

The Silkland certified display cables are the way to go for a trouble free experience for both DisplayPort and HDMI 80Gbps cables.A little background history that led to this purchase.The move to the certified Silkland certified cables came after a bad experience with another non-certified brand that claimed to have the same specs as the certified Silkland cable.I was using this HDMI cable to connect to my TV, 25′ away. The problem was the display would constantly flicker. After a little research I learned how important certification is regarding these High speed cables. I replaced the HDMI cable with a certified Silkland 25′ 80Gbps HDMI cable, this solved the flickering issue immediately.This is what led an additional purchase of the Silkland 80Gbps DisplayPort Cable 2.1(6.5′ ) to replace my existing non certified cable. Both the 80Gbps HDMI and 80Gbps DisplayPort certified cables are of high quality and CERTIFIED for 80 Gbps speeds.

Great cable for High-End Displays – Rock Solid
Picked up the Silkland 80 Gbps DisplayPort cable a few weeks ago, and I’m impressed. I’ve gone through a bunch of “high-speed” cables in the past that claimed 8K support but couldn’t even handle 4K 144Hz properly — this one actually does.Running it between my PC (RTX 4090) and two 4K 240Hz monitor, and it’s been great. No flicker, no signal drops, just super smooth performance.Build quality is top-notch too — nice thick braided cable, sturdy connectors, and it feels like it’ll last forever. It’s not stiff or bulky either, which is nice if you need to route it behind a desk.Overall, it’s just one of those products that does what it’s supposed to do. Fast, stable, and works as advertised. Definitely worth it if you’ve got a high-end monitor and/or GPU.

3m of stable high quality connection
Needed 2 DP cables for my PC with 4080 RTX Super card to support monitors placed on arms. This one was tried with Alienware OLED 32″ AW3225 monitor. Connection is stable, cable is thick and shielded, but still bending with no much trouble. While DP1.4 cable I had before worked just fine, I feel as if this cable provided overall better quality for OLED HDR experience. Flickering on static HDR pictures in games is almost zero, even on black zones. While I understand that this is very subjective, as both RTX4080 and Alienware use DP 1.4 ports, I found this cable is more than welcome in my set up. Also, it assures that future upgrades might not require cable change, so it is a good long run investment)

3m cable works at full DP80 speed
I was a little concerned ordering the 3m/10 ft cable as I saw a lot of reviewers pointing out that the 3m variation of this cable is not technically certified, but it was the only 10 ft DP80 DisplayPort 2.1 cable I could find advertised from a semi-reputable brand. I can confirm, at least in the cable that I got, it is able to push full DP80 speeds in the 10 ft length and I’m able to get 10-bit 4k/240hz picture without DSC. My guess is that this variation was just rushed to market before official certification could be done. Build quality of the cable itself along with packaging was excellent. so I’m not concerned about durability, but I will update the review if I run into issues within a year or two. Highly recommend giving this one a shot if you need that 3 meter length. I already ordered a second for my other monitor.

Das Kabel ist VESA-zertifiziert, was mir direkt ein gutes Gefühl bei Kompatibilität und Signalstabilität gegeben hat. Für moderne High-End-Setups mit Grafikkarten wie RTX 5090 oder AMD 7900XTX ist das definitiv ein Pluspunkt.In der Praxis liefert das Kabel genau das, was es verspricht: extrem hohe Bandbreite mit 80 Gbps, absolut saubere Übertragung und keinerlei Aussetzer. Selbst hohe Auflösungen wie 8K @ 240 Hz oder 4K @ 540 Hz laufen ohne Probleme. G-Sync und FreeSync funktionieren einwandfrei, und auch HDR10 wird sauber unterstützt.Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Der Stecker sitzt fest, das Kabel fühlt sich robust an und wirkt langlebig.
